“Yoga” means “union”. It is a way of uniting the vital energy of human beings with the divine energy of the cosmos and uniting of body and mind. It is based on controlling 12 + 2 meridian (Energy channels) lines. It directly – indirectly controls the relation of cosmic energy with the body for which the five elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space is the base and balances them. It controls and directs mind, intelligence, spirit and vital force; out of which mind is an invisible subtle body which controls thoughts, emotions, intelligence and enrich human development, also increase the magnetic field of a human body which is called aura. It also increases vital force and activates kundalini power and creates confidence and will power.
